1 c2% milk
1 csharp cheddar cheese
1package of shredded hash brown potatoes, from the dairy section
1 cchopped onions
1 cchopped green pepper
1 cdiced ham
·salt & pepper to taste
1 tspdried dill weed
How to Make Baked Western Omelet
- Break eggs into a large bowl and lightly beat, add milk and beat again.
- Saute onions and green pepper in olive oil until tender.
- Add hash browns, ham, onions, peppers, cheese, salt, pepper and dill weed.
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into a prepared 9x13 casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when put into the center of the dish.
If it starts to brown before it is done, cover lightly with foil.
