These are delicious eggs. This recipe does come from a friend's website, Spend with Pennies. And this is a make what you want guide really, if you only want 2, just make 2, need 6, just make 6, easy peasy. I first made these on 28 Sep 2020 for my parents and I, and we were very impressed! These are delicious eggs that are not tough or rubbery from being baked, the cream is the trick for that. These are easy to make with common ingredients. I cooked these for 18 minutes as I wanted the yolks hard, that time is spot on. I have listed this as a breakfast but I have only served this as a dinner.

Crack the eggs one at a time into a small bowl, then slide the egg into the ham slice. (This way you can see and remove any shell fragments before it goes into the ham.)

Place in the oven and bake; soft yolks: 12 minutes; medium yolks: 15 minutes; hard yolks: 18 minutes, then remove from oven and let rest for 2-3 minutes.
