How to Make Baked Eggs with Basil and Parmesan
- Spray 4 ramekins or use a muffin tin. Break two eggs into each ramekin. Add 1 tbsp heavy cream to each ramekin. Sprinkle with a little salt and place one tsp. butter on top of each one.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes until egg white is set but yolks are still runny. Garnish with basil and parmesan and serve
