Baked Eggs with Basil and Parmesan

Delicious egg dish great for a brunch or dipping toast.

  •   8 large
  •   4 Tbsp
    heavy cream
  •   4 tsp
  •   1 Tbsp
    fresh basil chopped
  •   4 tsp
    grated parmesan cheese

How To Make

  • 1
    Spray 4 ramekins or use a muffin tin. Break two eggs into each ramekin. Add 1 tbsp heavy cream to each ramekin. Sprinkle with a little salt and place one tsp. butter on top of each one.

    Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes until egg white is set but yolks are still runny. Garnish with basil and parmesan and serve
