Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons heavy cream
- 4 teaspoons butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil chopped
- 4 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese
How To Make baked eggs with basil and parmesan

Step 1Spray 4 ramekins or use a muffin tin. Break two eggs into each ramekin. Add 1 tbsp heavy cream to each ramekin. Sprinkle with a little salt and place one tsp. butter on top of each one.

Step 2Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes until egg white is set but yolks are still runny. Garnish with basil and parmesan and serve
