This is a great breakfast dish that I like to serve to company. It is a recipe that was handed down to me.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
Want an easy and impressive breakfast recipe for Mother's Day or another special occasion? Try these baked eggs in cream. They're rich, savory, and creamy. A sprinkle of paprika and salt enhances the dish's flavor. We opted to top them with cheddar cheese, but Swiss, pepper Jack, or Gruyere would also be wonderful. The recipe can be scaled based on the number of people you're serving. Based on how you like your yolk, adjust the baking time.
