This egg sandwich recipe was given to me by a friend who said it has won prizes in some Iowa Fairs. I only know its good.

Ingredients
- 1 - loaf french bread
- 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard
- 4 slices ham
- 4 slices turkey
- 4 slices bacon, cooked
- 1 small tomato sliced thin
- 1 small onion sliced thin
- 8 - eggs
- 4-6 slices cheese of your choice
How To Make baked egg supreme sandwich

Step 1Cut bread lengthwise and hollow out top and bottom

Step 2Spread half the butter and all the mayo inside the bread shell

Step 3Line bottom of bread with ham, turkey, bacon, tomato, onion and honey mustard

Step 4In a frying pan, place rest of butter and cook egg to a soft scramble

Step 5Spoon into bottom bread shell and top with cheese and cover with top of bread shell

Step 6Wrap in lightly greased foil and bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until heated thru. Cut and enjoy.
