Ingredients For bacon quiche

3/4 lbcooked bacon

4 lgeggs

1 cmilk
-
1/4 mdonion, diced

1/4 mdgreen pepper, diced

salt and pepper, to taste

1 cshredded cheese

1deep dish pie shell, uncooked
How To Make bacon quiche

1Bake bacon in oven or fry in skillet; drain fully cooked bacon on paper towel. Allow to cool.

2Dice onion and bell pepper. Place in bottom of pie shell.

3Crumble bacon and put on top of the onion and pepper in pie shell.

4Sprinkle cheese over bacon in the pie shell.

5Combine 4 eggs and 1 cup milk in a small bowl; whisk until well blended.

6Pour egg mixture over cheese.

7Bake quiche at 350 degrees for one hour or until set.

8Allow to cool for 5 - 10 minutes and cut into slices.
