Ingredients
- 3/4 pound cooked bacon
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 medium onion, diced
- 1/4 medium green pepper, diced
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 deep dish pie shell, uncooked
How To Make bacon quiche

Step 1Bake bacon in oven or fry in skillet; drain fully cooked bacon on paper towel. Allow to cool.

Step 2Dice onion and bell pepper. Place in bottom of pie shell.

Step 3Crumble bacon and put on top of the onion and pepper in pie shell.

Step 4Sprinkle cheese over bacon in the pie shell.

Step 5Combine 4 eggs and 1 cup milk in a small bowl; whisk until well blended.

Step 6Pour egg mixture over cheese.

Step 7Bake quiche at 350 degrees for one hour or until set.

Step 8Allow to cool for 5 - 10 minutes and cut into slices.
