2melt butter in large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.
Swirl butter up side of pan to prevent eggs from sticking.
Add potatoes; cook 4 minutes,stirring occasionally.
3Beat eggs in a medium bowl.
Add bacon,half and half,salt and pepper;mix well.
Pour egg mixture into skillet;reduce heat to medium.
Cover and cook 6 minutes or until eggs are set at edges(top will be wet)
4Transfer skillet to broiler.
Broil 4" from heat 1-2 minutes or until golden brown and center is set.
Cut into wedges.
