How to Make Bacon Omelet
- 1Put butter in 9 inch pie plate.
- 2Microwave on high 30 seconds until melted.
- 3Beat eggs and milk and pour into pie plate.
- 4Sprinkle bacon on top and cover with waxed paper.
- 5Microwave on high 4 minutes stirring once during cooking.
- 6Cover and let stand 1 to 2 minutes.
- 7Fold in half.
