How to Make Bacon Omelet
- Put butter in 9 inch pie plate.
- Microwave on high 30 seconds until melted.
- Beat eggs and milk and pour into pie plate.
- Sprinkle bacon on top and cover with waxed paper.
- Microwave on high 4 minutes stirring once during cooking.
- Cover and let stand 1 to 2 minutes.
- Fold in half.
