bacon egg bake
This is a great morning or brunch dish. Kinda like a quiche, but without the crust. This is for a basic idea, so you can add ham or green pepper, or onions would be great as well as spices like basil or parsley. I did not add them to this recipe because I tend to change it whenever I make them, depending on what I have. Use what you have, this is great for leftovers.

Ingredients
- 6 - eggs
- 1/2 package bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups hash browns, lightly browned
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons milk
- - salt and pepper
- - non-stick spray
How To Make bacon egg bake

Step 1Mix the eggs, milk and cream fheese until well blended. Salt and pepper to taste. Next mis in half the cheddar cheese and set aside.

Step 2Spread the hash browns along the bottom of a 8x8 pan that is sprayed. Layer the bacon over the hash browns, then pour the egg mixture over the bacon and top with remaining cheese and bake at 350°for 45 min or until golden.
