bacon broccoli quiche

My husband Mike and I run a bed and breakfast and this is one of our most requested recipes. It makes (2) quiches and freezes very well. We serve it with a piece of cooked bacon on top, a cup of fruit, an orange slice, and a croissant. No one goes away hungry.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 tablespoon butter,melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 - 10 oz. package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and patted dry
- 12 - bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 8 - medium fresh mushrooms, sliced thin
- 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
- 2 - deep dish pie crusts
How To Make bacon broccoli quiche

Step 1In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Whisk in eggs, one at a time. Stir in the milk, broccoli, bacon, mushrooms, and cheese.

Step 2Pour broccoli mixture into pie crusts. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10-15 minutes before cutting.
