This is so good when the yolk is running. Kind of like a deconstructed egg sandwich. Yum

Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent creations rolls
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 4 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil or parsley minced

How To Make bacon and egg crescent squares

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 400 degrees Open dough and roll out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Step 2
    Split the dough down the middle. If it is the perforated kind pinch together. Roll up edges about 1 inch. Cook the bacon until almost done not crisp.
  • Step 3
    Add two eggs to each square. Criss cross two pieces of bacon over each square. Sprinkle parmesan over each square and top with basil or parsley
  • Step 4
    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes
