This is so good when the yolk is running. Kind of like a deconstructed egg sandwich. Yum

Ingredients

1 tube(s)
refrigerated crescent creations rolls
4 large
eggs
4 slice
bacon
4 Tbsp
shredded parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp
fresh basil or parsley minced

How to Make Bacon and Egg Crescent Squares

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven 400 degrees
    Open dough and roll out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 2Split the dough down the middle. If it is the perforated kind pinch together. Roll up edges about 1 inch.
    Cook the bacon until almost done not crisp.
  • 3Add two eggs to each square. Criss cross two pieces of bacon over each square. Sprinkle parmesan over each square and top with basil or parsley
  • 4Bake for 10 to 12 minutes
