I never know what time someone will pop in on a Sunday morning and I like to have something ready to hold my family over until dinner. This seemed much easier than making individual breakfasts. It can also be reheated in the oven or microwave. The hot sauce and garlic/onion seasoning give the eggs a kick!

Ingredients

  • 1 - 12 inch store bought pre-made pizza crust
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked (can even get pre-cooked and microwave it
  • 5 - eggs,scrambled and cooked
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon crushed garlic or garlic powder to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion or onion powder if prefered
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese, any type you prefer

How To Make bacon and egg breakfast mcpizza

  • Step 1
place pre-made crust in an oiled pizza pan or pam spray so it won't stick.Top with cooked broken slices of bacon. Scramble and cook eggs, (I use the microwave for about 3 minutes, checking in 1 minute intervals and stirring.)Top pizza with eggs, dispersing evenly over pizza crust. Set aside.
  • Step 2
Mix in a microwave bowl, hot sauce, butter, crushed garlic and chopped onion.Pour over the eggs and bacon. Here you can also add salt and pepper if you like but I find you don't need it.Top with shredded cheese. Bake 15 minutes in a 350 degree pre-heated oven until golden brown crust around the edges.
