    olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    mushrooms, thinly sliced

  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped fresh basil
  • 1 small
    tomato, diced
  • 4
    australian toaster biscuits

How to Make Australian Crawl


  1. Heat oil in non-stick pan. Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
  2. Separately, mix eggs with basil and diced tomatoes. Add to mushrooms in pan and cook over medium heat until eggs are set but still soft.
  3. Keep warm while toasting the biscuits. Pile scrambled eggs on toasted biscuits and enjoy.
