- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 4 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 4 - australian toaster biscuits
How To Make australian crawl

Step 1Heat oil in non-stick pan. Add mushrooms and cook until softened.

Step 2Separately, mix eggs with basil and diced tomatoes. Add to mushrooms in pan and cook over medium heat until eggs are set but still soft.

Step 3Keep warm while toasting the biscuits. Pile scrambled eggs on toasted biscuits and enjoy.
