    asparagus, frozen
  • 1 lb
    ham, cooked and chopped
  • 2 c
    swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c
    onion, chopped
  • 6
  • 2 c
  • 1/2 c
    buttermilk baking mix
  • 2 Tbsp
    dried vegetable flakes
  • 1/4 tsp

How to Make Asparagus Ham Quiche


  1. In two greased 9 inch pie plates, layer the asparagus, ham, cheese and onion.
  2. In a bowl, beat eggs.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Divide in half and pour over asparagus mixture in each pie plate.
  5. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
