Ingredients

  • 10 ounces asparagus, frozen
  • 1 pound ham, cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 6 - eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk baking mix
  • 2 tablespoons dried vegetable flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How To Make asparagus ham quiche

  • Step 1
    In two greased 9 inch pie plates, layer the asparagus, ham, cheese and onion.
  • Step 2
    In a bowl, beat eggs.
  • Step 3
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Step 4
    Divide in half and pour over asparagus mixture in each pie plate.
  • Step 5
    Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
