- 10 ounces asparagus, frozen
- 1 pound ham, cooked and chopped
- 2 cups swiss cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 6 - eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup buttermilk baking mix
- 2 tablespoons dried vegetable flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make asparagus ham quiche

Step 1In two greased 9 inch pie plates, layer the asparagus, ham, cheese and onion.

Step 2In a bowl, beat eggs.

Step 3Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Step 4Divide in half and pour over asparagus mixture in each pie plate.

Step 5Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
