How To Make asparagus fritata with caviar

1Mix egg substitute, dill, salt, and cayenne in small bowl.

2Heat oil in 8-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add asparagus and shallot; cook, stirring often, until vegetables are softened, 3 minutes. Add egg mixture. Reduce heat to low and cook, covered, until bottom of frittata is firm, 5-6 minutes. Top with sour cream and caviar.
