1Core,peel, and dice apple. Toss with cinnamon sugar.
Cube multi grain bread.
Grease 8 x 8 pan.
2Whisk eggs and sour cream.
Add and whisk sugar, vanilla, salt, and milk.
3Place in casserole: half of bread, half of sausage, half of apple, and half of cheese. Repeat. Top with pecans. Pour milk mixture of all. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 24 hours.
Bake 1 hour 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
