Ingredients
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup flour
- 4 - eggs
- 2 medium apples
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
How To Make apple panakoeken

Step 1Melt margarine in an 8x8 pan while preheating oven to 400. Take pan out of oven when you hear it sizzling.

Step 2Mix together sugar and cinnamon

Step 3Whisk together eggs and milk, then add to flour. Whisk until smooth. And add to melted margarine.

Step 4Peel, core and thinly slice apples. Top eggs with the apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture.

Step 5Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
