How to Make Apple Panakoeken
1Melt margarine in an 8x8 pan while preheating oven to 400. Take pan out of oven when you hear it sizzling.
2Mix together sugar and cinnamon
3Whisk together eggs and milk, then add to flour. Whisk until smooth. And add to melted margarine.
4Peel, core and thinly slice apples. Top eggs with the apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture.
5Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
