How to Make Apple Panakoeken
- Melt margarine in an 8x8 pan while preheating oven to 400. Take pan out of oven when you hear it sizzling.
- Mix together sugar and cinnamon
- Whisk together eggs and milk, then add to flour. Whisk until smooth. And add to melted margarine.
- Peel, core and thinly slice apples. Top eggs with the apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture.
- Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
