Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon butter (or olive oil or canola oil)
- 1 large apple (preferably golden delicious), halved, cored, and coarsely chopped
- 4 - eggs, beaten
- - pepper, to taste
How To Make apple frittata

Step 1Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add the apple and cook 1 to 2 minutes, until golden.

Step 2Pour in eggs. Sprinkle with a pinch of pepper.

Step 3Cook over high heat until bottom is lightly browned and eggs are almost set. Turn and cook a minute or so longer, or until eggs are light and fluffy.
