How to Make Easy Fluffy Waffle Batter

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix the first 6 ingredients together well. Then add the flour in 1/3 batches until fully mixed together. Do not worry batter will be stiff.
  2. Allow the batter to rest for about 10 minutes. This helps the baking powder to start working.
  3. Use about 1/2 cup of batter in a preheated waffle maker, depending on the size of your waffle maker. Cook to desired doneness, warning they cook quickly.
