I looked through several recipes to create this delicious pancake recipe. The pancakes have a tendency to turn dark quickly so you will want to keep your heat as low as you can and watch them very well. This may be because of the extra sugar in the condensed milk but it makes the pancakes taste so delicious!

How to Make Spicey Pumpkin Pancakes

  1. Sift dry ingredients together
  2. whisk in wet ingredients
  3. mix until smooth
  4. heat griddle. Measure 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto griddle. Cook until outside edges are done, then flip and cook. Because of thickness of pancakes you may need to press down to assure that they batter gets done all the way through and doesn't form an air pocket and then an area of raw batter in the middle.
