This is for basic pancakes. You can add extras if you like. I add blueberries, blackberries, chopped apple, chocolate and or peanut butter chips etc to mine for variety. I do cherry vanilla one just add 1 teaspoon vanilla to batter and top with cherry pie filling. For peaches and cream top with peach pie filling and whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c
    all purpose flour, sift before measuring
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 3/4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2
    eggs
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1 1/4 c
    milk

How to Make Pancakes

Step-by-Step

  1. Resift flour with salt, sugar and baking powder.
  2. Lightly beat eggs.
  3. Add milk, butter and eggs to flour mixture.
  4. Stir only until blended. Don't over stir.
  5. Heat large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  6. Spray with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto the skillet, and cook until bubbles appear on the surface.
  7. Flip with a spatula, and cook until browned on the other side.
