This is for basic pancakes. You can add extras if you like. I add blueberries, blackberries, chopped apple, chocolate and or peanut butter chips etc to mine for variety. I do cherry vanilla one just add 1 teaspoon vanilla to batter and top with cherry pie filling. For peaches and cream top with peach pie filling and whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour, sift before measuring
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 - eggs
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 1/4 cups milk

How To Make pancakes

  • Step 1
    Resift flour with salt, sugar and baking powder.
  • Step 2
    Lightly beat eggs.
  • Step 3
    Add milk, butter and eggs to flour mixture.
  • Step 4
    Stir only until blended. Don't over stir.
  • Step 5
    Heat large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  • Step 6
    Spray with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto the skillet, and cook until bubbles appear on the surface.
  • Step 7
    Flip with a spatula, and cook until browned on the other side.
