Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 - eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make pancakes

Step 1Mix all dry ingredients together

Step 2Add milk, oil, & eggs and stir well. You may need to adjust your milk for the desired consistency you want.

Step 3I spray my flat pan with no stick spray and set temp on stove to a medium low heat. Pour 1/3 cup of batter on pan when heated and turn when bubbles appear.
