Ingredients
- 3 medium apples peeled and sliced thin.
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
- 2/3 cup milk
- 4 - eggs beaten
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- - powdered sugar (optional)

Step 1preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9" pie pan if you don't have one using a round cake pan is fine. combine apples, brown sugar, and apple pie spice and melted butter. Mixing well to make sure all apples are coated. Pour in a pie pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Put in oven and bake for 15 minutes.

Step 2While the apple mixture is baking combine the eggs, milk and flour mix well with mixer. Remove apples from oven and pour over apples return to oven and bake for 15- 20 minutes. this will puff up when done. when knife is poked in it will come out clean when done..

Step 3Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm with or with out syrup..
