salami pie
When I was little, my mother got this from a friend of hers. It has been a family favorite and is now my kids favorite. It is very quick and easy! It is kind of like a pizza but different. My teenagers love it and always request it!

Ingredients
- 1 tube crecent rolls
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 pound salami, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 3 - eggs, well beaten
- pinch pepper to taste
How To Make salami pie
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Unroll crescent rolls and place in a lightly greased 9 x 13 pan to make a bottom crust (press together seams). Then spread the mozzarella chees on top of the crust.
-
Step 2Next add the salami (I usually do three across until it is covered). Spread the beaten eggs with pepper over the salami (I use a spoon to spread the eggs evenly over it). Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
-
Step 3Bake in the 325 degree oven for about 40 - 45 minutes. Cut into squares.
-
Step 4Enjoy!! I usually serve a salad with this.
