When I was little, my mother got this from a friend of hers. It has been a family favorite and is now my kids favorite. It is very quick and easy! It is kind of like a pizza but different. My teenagers love it and always request it!

Ingredients

  • 1 tube(s)
    crecent rolls
  • 3 c
    mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 lb
    salami, thinly sliced
  • 3 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese
  • 3
    eggs, well beaten
  • pinch
    pepper to taste

How to Make Salami Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Unroll crescent rolls and place in a lightly greased 9 x 13 pan to make a bottom crust (press together seams). Then spread the mozzarella chees on top of the crust.
  2. Next add the salami (I usually do three across until it is covered). Spread the beaten eggs with pepper over the salami (I use a spoon to spread the eggs evenly over it). Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake in the 325 degree oven for about 40 - 45 minutes. Cut into squares.
  4. Enjoy!! I usually serve a salad with this.
