  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slice
    bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 medium
    green onions, sliced (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 1
    9 inch frozen pie crust
  • 1/2 c
    picante sauce
  • 3
  • 1/2 c
    half and half or milk

How to Make Picante Brunch Quiche


  1. Heat oven to 375. Put the cheese, bacon and onions in the pie crust.
  2. Beat the picante sauce, eggs and half and half with a whisk or fork in a medium bowl. Pour over the cheese mixture.
  3. Bake for 35 minutes or until crust is golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the quiche stand for 10 minutes before serving.
