Picante Brunch Quiche
1 cshredded cheddar cheese
4 slicebacon, cooked and crumbled
2 mediumgreen onions, sliced (about 2 tablespoons)
19 inch frozen pie crust
1/2 cpicante sauce
1/2 chalf and half or milk
How to Make Picante Brunch Quiche
- Heat oven to 375. Put the cheese, bacon and onions in the pie crust.
- Beat the picante sauce, eggs and half and half with a whisk or fork in a medium bowl. Pour over the cheese mixture.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until crust is golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the quiche stand for 10 minutes before serving.
