- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 medium green onions, sliced (about 2 tablespoons)
- 1 - 9 inch frozen pie crust
- 1/2 cup picante sauce
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 cup half and half or milk
How To Make picante brunch quiche

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Put the cheese, bacon and onions in the pie crust.

Step 2Beat the picante sauce, eggs and half and half with a whisk or fork in a medium bowl. Pour over the cheese mixture.

Step 3Bake for 35 minutes or until crust is golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the quiche stand for 10 minutes before serving.
