Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 medium green onions, sliced (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 - 9 inch frozen pie crust
  • 1/2 cup picante sauce
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup half and half or milk

How To Make picante brunch quiche

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 375. Put the cheese, bacon and onions in the pie crust.
  • Step 2
    Beat the picante sauce, eggs and half and half with a whisk or fork in a medium bowl. Pour over the cheese mixture.
  • Step 3
    Bake for 35 minutes or until crust is golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the quiche stand for 10 minutes before serving.
