pb&j monkey skillet bread
This is how I took PB&J to a whole new level. Great for breakfast, brunch, snack time,& camping! Everybody will enjoy this. What a nice treat this was for coffee time with the ladies.

Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (used crunchy) warmed
- 1/4 cup any flavor jelly (warmed)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- - sugar
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- - crushed pb cereal (optional)
How To Make pb&j monkey skillet bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Cut each biscuit in 4, add to bowl or ziplock bag with melted butter coating each biscuit, then mix in sugar to coat. Place in skillet.

Step 2Melt your peanut butter and jelly in separate cups. Used microwave, 30 sec. Pour PB over biscuits then the jelly. Place in oven till golden brown about 18min.

Step 3When done let cool slightly. Make glaze with powdered sugar and heavy cream til desired consistency and drizzle over monkey bread. Crushed PB cereal can be added after glaze for extra crunch. Used 9inch skillet. Double recipe for larger skillet. Now if You would excuse me its time for coffee and sweet time ;)
