Haven't made this yet, but it sounds easy and delish. Recipe is from Southern Living.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups stone-ground grits
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 6 cups water

How To Make overnight slow-cooker grits

  • Step 1
    Stir together 2 cups grits with melted butter and salt. Place in a 5-qt slow cooker and stir in 6 cups water.
  • Step 2
    Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. Stir just before serving.
