Ingredients
- 3 - eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 dash salt
- 9 slices french bread, sliced in 3/4 " slices
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
How To Make overnight baked french toast

Step 1Beat eggs, milk, sugar, maple syrup, vanilla and salt.

Step 2Place bread slices in large glass pan. Pour egg mixture over slices. Turn to coat.

Step 3Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Step 4In the morning, pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.

Step 5Spread butter over bottom of large baking pan. (Can also use PAM.) Place bread slices on pan, not touching. Spray tops with PAM.

Step 6Bake for 15 minutes. Turn bread and continue baking until just golden brown, up to an additional 10 minutes.

Step 7Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup.
