breakfast sausage
1 1/2 lb
cheddar cheese, shredded

eggs
1 can(s)
evaporated milk
6 slice
bread, sandwich (no crust)

How to Make Momma's Breakfast Quiche

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown sausage and drain
  • 2Beat eggs and milk together
  • 3Place bread on bottom of 9X13 pan, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 4Layer grated cheese, crumbled sausage and pour egg and milk mixture completely over the whole pan.
  • 5Let sit (covered) in refrigerator over night.
    preheat oven 350 degrees and cook 55 minutes covered. Then cook 5:minutes uncovered
