- 1 1/2 pounds cheddar cheese, shredded
- 7 - eggs
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 6 slices bread, sandwich (no crust)
How To Make momma's breakfast quiche

Step 1Brown sausage and drain

Step 2Beat eggs and milk together

Step 3Place bread on bottom of 9X13 pan, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 4Layer grated cheese, crumbled sausage and pour egg and milk mixture completely over the whole pan.

Step 5Let sit (covered) in refrigerator over night. preheat oven 350 degrees and cook 55 minutes covered. Then cook 5:minutes uncovered
