This was the first quiche I ever made.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 1 1/2 pounds cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 7 - eggs
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 6 slices bread, sandwich (no crust)

How To Make momma's breakfast quiche

  • Step 1
    Brown sausage and drain
  • Step 2
    Beat eggs and milk together
  • Step 3
    Place bread on bottom of 9X13 pan, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Step 4
    Layer grated cheese, crumbled sausage and pour egg and milk mixture completely over the whole pan.
  • Step 5
    Let sit (covered) in refrigerator over night. preheat oven 350 degrees and cook 55 minutes covered. Then cook 5:minutes uncovered
