This is my very first recipe to JAP! I want to thank my mother-in-law for this wonderful recipe!

  • 4 c
    rolled oats
  • 1 c
    dry milk powder
  • 1 c
    wheat germ
  • 1/2-3/4 c
    brown sugar or honey
  • 1/2-3/4 c
    canola oil

  • 1 c
    soy flour
  • 1 c
    coconut flakes
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
    sesame seeds
  • 1 c
    sunflower kernels
  • 1 c
    raisins (add after baking)

How to Make Mix and Match Granola


  1. In large bowl, mix together all ingredients except oil and raisins.
  2. Cover 9" x 13" pan with foil. Spread mix out on bottom of pan.
  3. Pour oil (same amount as brown sugar) over mixture and stir in.
  4. Bake at 275°F for 15 minutes. Add raisins and stir a little. Let cool 10 minutes.
  5. Store in airtight container.
