whipping cream

black pepper, freshly ground

grits, quick cooking
8 oz
gouda cheese, grated
1/2 c
1/4 c
2 tsp
hot sauce

How to Make Gouda Grits


  • 1Bring first 4 ingredients and 4 cups water to a boil in a Dutch oven over high heat; whisk in grits, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes or until thickened.
  • 2Remove from heat, and stir in Gouda and remaining ingredients.
