Ingredients
- 8 slices thick sliced day old bread
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons at brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon clove
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
How To Make gingerbread french toast

Step 1Mix all ingredients from -milk to ginger

Step 2Dip bread 2 slices at a time into mixture

Step 3Use 2 T butter on skillet for every 2 slices of bread being cooked..when skillet it hot and butter melted put dipped bread on skillet and cook each side till golden brown

Step 4Sprinkle with pecans and a pour of maple syrup. ENJOY
