How to Make French Toast
- Beat 3 eggs with the 1 1/4 cups milk. Add the sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, and salt in a large bowl.
- Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat. Working in batches, submerge 8 slices of the bread in egg mixture.
- Cook until golden brown on both sides, flipping once, about 5 minutes. Serve with maple syrup, butter and berries.
