Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1/2 cup butter, melted, and cooled
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- FOR THE TOPPING
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, room temperature
How To Make eggnog streusel muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2Line muffin pan with paper liners.

Step 3In a bowl, beat together the eggs, eggnog, butter and vanilla.

Step 4Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves; stir until combined.

Step 5Spoon into 12 muffin cups.

Step 6In a small bowl, combine topping ingredients with a fork or pastry blender until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter.

Step 7Bake 18 minutes or until golden and toothpick inserted in the center of one comes out clean.

Step 8Remove from pan and serve warm.
