I love getting to make this recipe that I found with my family in the mornings on the weekend. You can also change it to serve as many as you need to.

non-dairy milk
• 1/4 tsp
vanilla extract
• pinch
• 2 slice
whole-grain bread
• 1 Tbsp

How to Make East French Toast

1. In a large, shallow bowl, whisk together egg and nondairy milk. Stir in a 1/4 tsp. vanilla and a pinch of salt. Dredge bread in the egg mixture, turning over several times to coat both sides.
2. Meanwhile, melt a tablespoon of coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. When the pan is hot, add the soaked bread slices and cook for 3-5 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the bread is cooked throughout.
3. Enjoy hot with non-hydrogenated margarine and/or real maple syrup on top. For more healthy and delicious recipes check out One Medical's free <a href="onemedical.com/...a>
