creamed ground beef (sos)
This was one of my favorites for breakfast while in the US Navy. I sometimes cook this for supper and serve it over mash potatos... Sorry, no photos, but next time I make this, Ill be sure to take some and add them...

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons granilated garlic or garlic powder
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups milk
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make creamed ground beef (sos)

Step 1Brown meat, drain.

Step 2Put meat back in the pan and add butter and stir

Step 3Add chopped onion and cook until they are translucent.

Step 4Add flour, stir and cook for 2 or 3 minutes.

Step 5Add garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and mix.

Step 6Add milk and stir until thickens.

Step 7Serve over toast, biscuits, eggs and have some hot sauce ready.
