1-1/2 lb
lean ground beef
2 Tbsp
1 c
chopped onion
3 Tbsp
2 Tbsp
granilated garlic or garlic powder
4 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
2 c
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Creamed Ground Beef (SOS)


  • 1Brown meat, drain.
  • 2Put meat back in the pan and add butter and stir
  • 3Add chopped onion and cook until they are translucent.
  • 4Add flour, stir and cook for 2 or 3 minutes.
  • 5Add garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and mix.
  • 6Add milk and stir until thickens.
  • 7Serve over toast, biscuits, eggs and have some hot sauce ready.
