    water or milk
  • 3/4 c
    whole grain old fashioned oatmeal
  • dash(es)
  • 1-1 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar, heaping
  • 1/2
    apple, diced

How to Make Cinnamon Apple Oatmeal


  1. Add water and salt to pot, bring to boil.
  2. Add oatmeal, apples, and cinnamon.
    Continue cooking over medium heat approximately 5 minutes (until oatmeal is cooked), stir occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat.
    Add brown sugar, stir to incorporate throughout.
