- 1 1/2 cups water or milk
- 3/4 cup whole grain old fashioned oatmeal
- dash salt
- 1-1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, heaping
- 1/2 - apple, diced
How To Make cinnamon apple oatmeal

Step 1Add water and salt to pot, bring to boil.

Step 2Add oatmeal, apples, and cinnamon. Continue cooking over medium heat approximately 5 minutes (until oatmeal is cooked), stir occasionally.

Step 3Remove from heat. Add brown sugar, stir to incorporate throughout. Enjoy!
