I have had Chocolate chip Zucchini pancakes, but not with apples. The cakes are tasty with Zucchini or without. I thought I would add a few touches to my Pancake recipe. I topped them off with a buttery cinnamon Maple syrup. These cakes will satisfy your sweet tooth for sure.I love the flavors together. They are defiantly a tasty treat!

How To Make apple zucchini pancakes with cinnamon syrup

  • Step 1
peel apples and chop fine, and set aside.Shred Zucchini optional. Mix all the dry ingredients thoroughly in another bowl and set aside.
  • Step 2
In a separate bowl mix the egg, milk, melted butter. Add the apple and Zucchini if desired.Stir together. Add dry mixture to wet mixture and stir well.
