- 2 large yukon gold potatoes
- 2 tablespoons ketchup or barbecue sauce
- 4 slices whole wheat bread
How To Make breakfast on the run

Step 1Scrub and prick entire potatoes with a fork.

Step 2Microwave on high for 5 minutes.

Step 3Remove and thickly slice lengthwise.

Step 4Place on a nonstick griddle and brown on both sides-about 10 minutes.

Step 5Toast bread and then spread with ketchup or barbecue sauce; place potato slices on bread and serve at once.
