  • 2 Tbsp
    ketchup or barbecue sauce
  • 4 slice
    whole wheat bread

How to Make Breakfast on the Run

Step-by-Step

  1. Scrub and prick entire potatoes with a fork.
  2. Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove and thickly slice lengthwise.
  4. Place on a nonstick griddle and brown on both sides-about 10 minutes.
  5. Toast bread and then spread with ketchup or barbecue sauce; place potato slices on bread and serve at once.
