2 lgyukon gold potatoes
2 Tbspketchup or barbecue sauce
4 slicewhole wheat bread
How To Make breakfast on the run
1Scrub and prick entire potatoes with a fork.
2Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
3Remove and thickly slice lengthwise.
4Place on a nonstick griddle and brown on both sides-about 10 minutes.
5Toast bread and then spread with ketchup or barbecue sauce; place potato slices on bread and serve at once.
