Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 3/4 pound breakfast sausage
  • 5 - eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 5 tablespoons cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make breakfast cups

  • Step 1
    Separate biscuits. Roll each biscuit to 1/4 inch thickness.
  • Step 2
    Press each into a large muffin tin. Pierce with a fork.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes. Biscuits will puff. Gently press each with a fork to flatten. Set aside.
  • Step 4
    In skillet, brown the sausage, crumbling with a spatula as it cooks.
  • Step 5
    In a bowl, beat egg with the milk well.
  • Step 6
    When sausage is completely done, pour egg mixture into the skillet.
  • Step 7
    Cook stirring frequently until eggs are done. Spoon mixture evenly into biscuit cups.
  • Step 8
    Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Sprinkle each with 1 Tbsp. cheese. Bake 5 more minutes.
