six
eggs
two
bratts
1/4
onion
1 c
mushrooms
1/2
greenpepper
1 c
shreaded cheese (your choice)

How to Make Bratt Brunch

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cut bratts in half long ways, then cut into 1/2 inch pieces. Place in large frying pan add diced onion, mushrooms, and green pepper. Fry until cooked thru.
  • 2Beat eggs in large bowl add to pan and cook until most of egg is cooked. Turn and cook for about three more minutes.
  • 3Sprinkle with cheese and fold in half. Cut in half and serve... enjoy!!!
