Ingredients

  • six - eggs
  • two - bratts
  • 1/4 - onion
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1/2 - greenpepper
  • 1 cup shreaded cheese (your choice)

How To Make bratt brunch

  • Step 1
    Cut bratts in half long ways, then cut into 1/2 inch pieces. Place in large frying pan add diced onion, mushrooms, and green pepper. Fry until cooked thru.
  • Step 2
    Beat eggs in large bowl add to pan and cook until most of egg is cooked. Turn and cook for about three more minutes.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle with cheese and fold in half. Cut in half and serve... enjoy!!!
