Ingredients
- six - eggs
- two - bratts
- 1/4 - onion
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1/2 - greenpepper
- 1 cup shreaded cheese (your choice)
How To Make bratt brunch

Step 1Cut bratts in half long ways, then cut into 1/2 inch pieces. Place in large frying pan add diced onion, mushrooms, and green pepper. Fry until cooked thru.

Step 2Beat eggs in large bowl add to pan and cook until most of egg is cooked. Turn and cook for about three more minutes.

Step 3Sprinkle with cheese and fold in half. Cut in half and serve... enjoy!!!
