6 ozcanned sliced beets, drained and finely chopped
1/2 smallonion, finely chopped
How to Make Low Carb Red Flannel Hash
- Drain the sliced beets and chop fine. Chop 1/2 small onion into fine dice.
- In a 9 inch skillet, break apart the corned beef and cook 3 to 4 minutes. Add the onion and cook until the onion is golden, another 3 to 5 minutes. Add the chopped beets and heat through.
- Serve with poached eggs.
