If you have a bell pepper handy dice 1/4 of a small one. Removing the white and seeds of course. Placing atop the tomato sauce for additional flavor. Then add the cheese, next top with the pepperoni.

Ingredients

  • 1 - yeast roll
  • 14 slices pepperoni
  • 1 stick mozzarella cheese (sliced thin)
  • 5 teaspoons italian tomato sauce
  • MADE WITH MY HOMEMADE YEAST ROLLS, AND FRESH TOMATO SAUCE.

How To Make easy cheesy pepperoni breakfast bites

  • Step 1
    Prepare your yeast rolls beforehand. Or you can use frozen yeast rolls but I haven't tried them.
  • Step 2
    Slice 1 roll into 4 slices or thinner.
  • Step 3
    Place tomato sauce sparingly to prevent a cheese slide.
  • Step 4
    Slice mozzarella thinly covering each top.
  • Step 5
    Place sliced pepperoni on top. More is better.
  • Step 6
    Preheat oven at 450 degrees for 5 minutes then place into center of oven.
  • hot out the oven!
    Step 7
    bake uncovered for 10 minutes or so when edges of pepperoni is crispy browned. Remove from oven and wait 5 minutes before eating your quick & tasty breakfast pizza.
