Ingredients
- - biscuits
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons cold butter
- 1 cup buttermilk
- GRAVY
- 1/4 pound ground sausage
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups whole milk
How To Make biscuits and gravy

Step 1Biscuits: mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

Step 2Cut cold butter into flour mixture until its looks like crumbs. Then add your buttermilk but do not over mix.

Step 3Dump out mixture onto a floured surface and fold a few times. Press down the dough to about 1 inch thick and cut out.

Step 4Bake at 450 for about 13 minutes until golden.

Step 5SAUSAGE GRAVY: Cook sausage and then add cream cheese, cook until hot. Add your flour and cook for about a minute.

Step 6Add the heavy cream to the sausage mixture and cook for about a minute. Then add your milk and cook until it thickens for about 5 minutes. salt and pepper to taste.
