BISCUITS AND GRAVY
2 call purpose flour
1/4 tspbaking soda
1 Tbspbaking powder
6 Tbspcold butter
1/4 lbground sausage
2 ozcream cheese
1/2 cheavy cream
2 cwhole milk
How to Make BISCUITS AND GRAVY
mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
- Cut cold butter into flour mixture until its looks like crumbs. Then add your buttermilk but do not over mix.
- Dump out mixture onto a floured surface and fold a few times. Press down the dough to about 1 inch thick and cut out.
- Bake at 450 for about 13 minutes until golden.
- SAUSAGE GRAVY:
Cook sausage and then add cream cheese, cook until hot. Add your flour and cook for about a minute.
- Add the heavy cream to the sausage mixture and cook for about a minute. Then add your milk and cook until it thickens for about 5 minutes.
salt and pepper to taste.
