We always bake the bacon we serve at the Sunday breakfasts.It's quicker,the slices stay straight,cooks evenly and it's less messy.I saw this recipe online and think it will be something a little different to serve sometimes.
1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place a sheet of parchment paper on a sheet pan.
Lay the bacon on top of the parchment paper.
Top bacon with brown sugar and black pepper, pressing lightly to adhere.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the bacon is really crispy.
Drain on paper towels and serve.
