Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup yogurt, lowfat plain or vanilla
  • 2 - kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 large banana, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, halved
  • 1 tablespoon honey

How To Make fruit salad smoothie

  • Step 1
    In blender container, place all ingredients; puree until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Pour into four glasses; serve garnished with additional whole fruit.
  • Step 3
    Note: Other fruits may be substituted, such as melon, raspberries, papaya, mango.
