Ingredients

  • 1 c
    orange juice
  • 1 c
    yogurt, lowfat plain or vanilla
  • 2
    kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 c
    fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 large
    banana, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 c
    strawberries, halved
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey

How to Make Fruit Salad Smoothie

Step-by-Step

  1. In blender container, place all ingredients; puree until smooth.
  2. Pour into four glasses; serve garnished with additional whole fruit.
  3. Note:
    Other fruits may be substituted, such as melon, raspberries, papaya, mango.
  4. Per serving: About 146 cal, 5 g pro, 33 g car, 0 g fat, 0% cal from fat, 1 mg chol, 47 mg sod, 4 g fiber.
