How to Make Fruit Salad Smoothie


  • 1In blender container, place all ingredients; puree until smooth.
  • 2Pour into four glasses; serve garnished with additional whole fruit.
  • 3Note:
    Other fruits may be substituted, such as melon, raspberries, papaya, mango.
  • 4Per serving: About 146 cal, 5 g pro, 33 g car, 0 g fat, 0% cal from fat, 1 mg chol, 47 mg sod, 4 g fiber.
