low-fat blueberry yogurt or low-fat strawberry yogurt
strawberries or blueberries (fresh or frozen)
nonfat dry milk powder
How to Make Fast-Track Breakfast
1In blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.
Store in single serving containers in freezer. I like Tupperware tumblers with lids because they are airtight and water tight.
Thaw in fridge overnight. Or just pop in microwave for 35 seconds at a time stirring after each time.
