Ingredients

  • 2 8-ounce packages low-fat blueberry yogurt or low-fat strawberry yogurt
  • 1 1/4 cups skim milk
  • 3/4 cup strawberries or blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
  • 2 teaspoons honey

How To Make fast-track breakfast

  • Step 1
    In blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Store: Store in single serving containers in freezer. I like Tupperware tumblers with lids because they are airtight and water tight.
  • Step 3
    Serve: Thaw in fridge overnight. Or just pop in microwave for 35 seconds at a time stirring after each time.
