- 2 8-ounce packages low-fat blueberry yogurt or low-fat strawberry yogurt
- 1 1/4 cups skim milk
- 3/4 cup strawberries or blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 teaspoons honey
How To Make fast-track breakfast

Step 1In blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.

Step 2Store: Store in single serving containers in freezer. I like Tupperware tumblers with lids because they are airtight and water tight.

Step 3Serve: Thaw in fridge overnight. Or just pop in microwave for 35 seconds at a time stirring after each time.
