  • 2 large
    eggs
  • tsp
    butter
  • 2
    toast
  • ·
    mozarella
  • 2-3 slice
    bacon optional

How to Make The French Toast Grilled Cheese

Step-by-Step

  1. mix yours eggs in the bowl so that yolk is well mixed (should be 1 egg per toast)
  2. put the pan on the stove and heat oven medium to high
  3. cover the pan with butter dont over put just enough to cover the pan
  4. soak your bread in your egg mixture, that its well covered on both sides
  5. place the bread on the pan and use your spatula and press the bread down till its flat and golden brown on one side, repeat step 3 for each toast or side if there is not enough butter
  6. when your french toast is done put your mozarella inside both toast, (and add bacon if you want).
  7. put back in the pan on low-medium heat (add butter if you want, i dont because there already is) and heat on both sided until your mozarella is oozing out of the sides of your french toast
  8. take it out
    cut in half and serve
    and then enjoy
