Ingredients

  • 5 - tortillas, corn or flour
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 5 - eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup smoked salmon cream cheese spread

How To Make smoked salmon breakfast burrito

  • Step 1
    Scramble eggs, milk, lemon juice, and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Cook eggs mixture, stirring to scramble.
  • Step 3
    Heat tortillas over medium heat, or in the microwave. Spread cream cheese in a circle on each tortilla. Add eggs. Wrap and enjoy.
