Ingredients
- 1 cup biscuit mix (any brand will suffice)
- 1 pound cooked sausage (your preference)
- 4 - eggs, beaten
- 1 cup cheese, shredded

Step 1Cook sausage and drain. Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased muffin tins. Fill 1/2 - 2/3 full.

Step 2Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Invert and serve. ENJOY!
